Terms of Use

Effective November 4, 2026

The short version: this website explains what MargenX does. The examples on it are made up, nothing here is financial or tax advice, and any free trial is covered by its own agreement.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by MargenX (“MargenX,” “we,” “us”). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Examples on this website

All job numbers, customers, businesses and figures shown on this website are made-up examples to show how MargenX works. They don’t describe any real business, and they are not a promise of any particular result for your business.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this website is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Please talk to a qualified professional, such as your bookkeeper or accountant, before making business decisions.

Free trial

Submitting the form on this website is only a request to hear more. It doesn’t create a contract or an obligation for you or for us. If you decide to try MargenX, the free trial is covered by a separate agreement that we’ll go over with you before it starts. We may decide which businesses we can offer a trial to.

Using the website

Please don’t misuse the website. For example, don’t try to break or overload it, access parts of it you aren’t meant to, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MargenX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
