The short version: this website doesn’t use analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies. The only cookie is one that keeps you logged in if you have a MargenX account. We only collect what you choose to send us through the free trial form or by email, we use it to get back to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by MargenX (“MargenX,” “we,” “us”), a small business based in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You can reach us at margenxtech@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free trial, we collect your name, your business name, your email address or phone number, the software you use (if you choose to tell us), and that you agreed to be contacted. If you email or call us, we keep what you send us.
Email updates. If you sign up for updates, we collect your name and email address and that you asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link or instructions in any update, or by emailing us.
MargenX accounts. If we set up an account for you to use the MargenX app (for example, as part of a free trial), we collect your name, business name, email address and a password. Your password is never stored in plain text. Before you upload any business files to the app, we’ll explain how they’re handled and ask you to agree to that separately.
Information we don’t collect. This website does not use analytics or advertising tools, does not use tracking cookies, and does not track you across other websites. All fonts and code are served from this website itself, so visiting it doesn’t send your information to other companies.
Cookies. Our public pages don’t set any cookies. If you log in to a MargenX account, we use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and to protect your account. It contains no advertising or tracking information, it isn’t shared with anyone, and it is removed when you log out or when it expires. Because this cookie is required for logging in, it can’t be turned off while you’re signed in. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Basic server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. This is used to keep the website running and secure.
Business files. We never ask for business files, passwords or bank details through this website. If you start a free trial, we explain exactly how your files will be handled before anything starts, and that is covered by a separate agreement.
How we use it

- To send you updates, if you signed up for them
- To run your MargenX account, if you have one
- To keep a record of our conversations with you
- To keep the website working and secure
We will only contact you about MargenX. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “stop” to any email or telling us on the phone.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only use a few service providers that help us run MargenX, and only for that purpose:
- Our website hosting provider, which stores and serves this website
- Our form service, which delivers trial requests to our inbox (if the form is used)
- Our email provider (Google), which we use to send and receive email
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep trial requests and related emails only as long as we need them to talk with you about MargenX. If a request doesn’t lead to a trial, we delete it when it’s no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing margenxtech@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Because this website doesn’t track visitors, “Do Not Track” browser settings don’t change anything here.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information like passwords or bank details through the form or by email.
Children
This website is for business owners and isn’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we’ll make that clear on the website.
